  2. Typing a question or command in the query entry

nikolAI is currently available in Datashop in two places:

Common Issues – Getting Started with nikolAI

Problem: I don't see nikolAI anywhere?

  • Solution: Your version of Acinta Datashop might be too old. Upgrade your Acinta installation to get the latest version.

Problem: I have the correct version of Acinta, but I don't see nikolAI anywhere?

  • Solution: nikolAI may have been disabled. Contact your system administrator
